What you may upload
Upload event images that you created or have permission to share, and that the people pictured could reasonably expect to be shared with the invited event group.

What is prohibited
Do not upload:
- Nudity, pornography, sexual content, or other NSFW imagery.
- Any sexual or exploitative depiction of a minor. This is strictly prohibited.
- Intimate imagery shared without the pictured person's consent.
- Illegal content or images that promote abuse, exploitation, or criminal activity.
- Graphic violence, credible threats, harassment, hateful abuse, or targeted humiliation.
- Images that expose highly sensitive personal information or invade someone's privacy.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights.
- Malware, disguised files, or anything that is not a genuine event image.

Your responsibility
You are responsible for every image you upload and for having the rights and consent needed to share it. Uploaders must be at least 13 years old. Anyone under the age of legal majority should use the service only with a parent or guardian's permission.

Moderation and removal
Event hosts can hide or delete uploads. All Of The Photos reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, hide, remove, or permanently delete any photo or event, and to suspend, restrict, or delete an All Of The Photos account or its access to the service, at any time and with or without notice.
We may take these actions when we believe content or activity violates this policy, creates a safety, security, legal, or operational risk, harms another person, or for any other lawful reason. We may also preserve evidence or cooperate with lawful requests when appropriate.
Uploads are not guaranteed to be reviewed before they appear. If you see prohibited content, stop sharing the event link and contact the event host or email dustinpiano@gmail.com. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Removal may be permanent and recovery is not guaranteed. Hosts and uploaders should keep their own copies of images they want to preserve.

Questions or reports can be sent to dustinpiano@gmail.com. Include the private event code and enough detail to identify the image, but do not attach or redistribute prohibited imagery.
