Information we collect
- Event details such as event name, type, date, host name, and host email.
- Uploaded images, filenames, file type and size, upload time, image timestamp when supplied, contributor name, caption, and a duplicate-detection fingerprint.
- Signed-in account email and records of events that account hosts or joins.
- Payment status, price, and Stripe checkout identifiers. Stripe processes payment-card details; All Of The Photos does not store full card numbers.
- Basic request, device, security, and diagnostic data provided by the hosting platform.
02
How we use information
We use this information to create and operate private event galleries, associate uploads with contributors, reject exact duplicates, build event libraries, process payments, provide downloads, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and respond to safety or support requests.
03
Who can access it
Anyone with an event's private guest link can see its visible gallery. The event host can see contributor and upload details, hide images, delete images, and download originals. Treat guest and host links like passwords and share them only with intended participants.
Information may also be handled by providers needed to operate the service, including hosting, database, file-storage, authentication, and payment providers. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect a person's safety, investigate abuse, or defend legal rights. We do not sell personal information.
04
Retention and deletion
Event information and images may remain available while the event is active. Hosts can delete individual uploads from the host controls. All Of The Photos also reserves the right to remove or permanently delete any photo or event, and to suspend, restrict, or delete an All Of The Photos account or its access to the service, at any time and with or without notice. Recovery is not guaranteed, so users should keep their own copies of important images.
We may retain limited records after content, an event, or an account is removed when reasonably needed for payments, security, fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations, or backups. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove every backup copy. Event hosts can delete an event and its active photo collection from Host Control.
To ask about access or deletion, email dustinpiano@gmail.com from the host email when possible and include the event code. We may need to verify that you are authorized to control the event.
05
Security
We use access links and service-provider safeguards intended to protect stored information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not upload images or information that would create serious harm if an invited person reshared them.
06
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not create accounts or upload images. Parents or guardians who believe a child under 13 submitted personal information should contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate. Adults may upload ordinary event photos that include children when they have the right and permission to share them.
07
Your choices and changes
You can choose not to upload, ask the event host to remove an image, delete uploads you control as a host, or sign out of the event library. We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above will show when the current version began.
